Description

trying to use more dynamic perspective, lighting and other stuff. also i'm starting to draw "backgrounds" but ermygerd i can't even :P. i think the colours are okay, at least.
i'll just draw a normal landscape of the city and see how that goes

i used alot of glow filters and yellow lighting and crap so hence, halo
